Eveline

I primarily work with grassroots and philanthropic leaders of color to step fully into their power to make change in the social and reproductive justice movements.

As an executive director for over two decades, I grew Forward Together from a staff of 3 to becoming one of the larger multi-issue women-of-color-led organizations in the country at that time.

Throughout my career and activism, one of the things I was most passionate about was creating leader-full movements and lead-full organizations.

For example, after decades of the Right co-opting family values and attacking families in our communities, I gathered incredible leaders in our network. And together we created Strong Families, a decade-long feminist strategic initiative that brought together 200 organizations to change policies and conditions so that all families could thrive.

Since 2021, I’m working with leaders across the country and creating new kinds of leadership programs, trainings, keynotes, coaching and team building which include movement, breath, music and engaging activities.
